I am a huge fan of choice. I know it sounds silly to say but I love that I have the ability to choose. I think that choice is massively underrated in our society in this day and age. It seems most people feel as though they don’t have a choice. Instead they feel like things just happen to them as if they are a victim of a predetermined life. I pity these people because I used to be one of them. And because they have not yet realized the amazing power they posses. Yes some times things just “happen”…

It is not a secrete that I LOVE adventure sports. I know I am most recognized for my BASE jumping, but I love all types of adventure sports. From Rock Climbing to Mountain Bike Racing. Even a little slack lining here and there. The bottom line for me is if I am outdoors and being active I have a smile on my face a mile wide. Check out some of my recent adventures over the last month in one short but sweet video! If you like it share it with your friends and don’t forget to subscribe.

My passion for adventure is fueled by this never ending desire to push myself, to see more and to be more. In order to follow my passion I need to focus on what fuels my body equally as much. I am a vegan! Many people ask me all the time why I am vegan and what the added benefits are being a vegan and an athlete. I guess I will have to post about that some time soon as well. Food for me is not just for fuel (as many athletes view food) but instead it holds a bigger importance….

Traveling around the united states, living in the awesome RV with my wonderful boyfriend has gifted me with the unique opportunity to ride in so many diverse landscapes. None of which come close to the incredible beauty and honestly some what erie environment of the Pacific North West. With a landscape that looks like something straight out of the Jurassic Park films the slick, wet ground is truly a one of a kind place to ride. Day one riding was a challenge and a learning experience, taking it easy. Learning how to properly navigate and master… ok not master the technique of…

The things that terrify you are some times the things you most need to conquer. Despite popular belief I used to be scared of heights. Not scared in the sense that I might fall and die, but scared in a much more terrifying and maybe psychotic way. Every time I was standing on an object towering over the ground far below I would have this feeling in the pit of my stomach and a voice that rang through my head saying “I could just snap right now and jump off the edge, what would that be like”. That feeling is…

Do the things that scare you. Do the things that push you to your perceived limits and beyond. Do the things that challenge you. Do the things that take time, time you never wanted to dedicated before. Do the things that fill your life and soul. Do good things but most importantly do the things that make you proud to be who you are. Unapologetically you!

The Life of An Adventure Athlete For every up there is a down. That is the best way to describe it and not just because I am a BASE jumper and that is literally what happens. I have been a professional adventure sports athlete for the best part of the last 10 years. I have gone on some incredible adventures, seen some crazy things, Traveled, Loved, Lost. I’ve been Excited, nervous, scared, happy and crushed. It has been a wild ride for sure. What most people see are social media posts of cool and remote locations. Videos of epic landscapes…

It’s  not every day you get invited to fly to china for a BASE jumping event. So when you do you jump at it… or off it 😉   Jumping off the glass skywalk was one of the scariest and most beautiful things I have experienced in a LONG time! Check it out 😀

While I was growing up I remember people always asking me what I wanted to do. I never really knew how to answer them. Not because I was unaware of all of the job choices that would be laid out infant of me, but because I didn’t fully understand the question. I never wanted to DO just anything. That sounded horribly boring to me, But I did however want to BE everything. I think that is one of the major flaws in our current system. We rarely ask what we want to BE? Knowing what we want to DO is…

Traveling has done me the pleasure of opening my eyes and has changed my view of the world, emotions and humanity as a whole. Some times in a positive way and sometimes in a negative way, But typically the dualities even out in the end. What one country lacks in a specific area they usually make up in some other way. In some of my more recent travels a very sad reality was brought to my attention. Maybe because they chose not to hide it, maybe because they participate in this destructive behavior more  due to induction or maybe they…
